French multinational has agreed to purchase Kilwaughter Minerals, a Northern Irish quarrying and mineral processor.

The transaction is anticipated to close in the first half (H1) of 2025, contingent upon the fulfilment of customary closing conditions.

Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed by the companies.

Kilwaughter operates a manufacturing facility near Larne in Northern Ireland and offers several brands such as K Rend and K Systems. It focuses on technical expertise and system specification and is supported by approximately 200 employees.
