Nordic construction company has secured a refurbishment and remodelling housing contract in Frederikssund on Zealand, Denmark.

The project, which involves 402 residential units, is being carried out on behalf of the public housing companies Domea and Boligselskabet Vores Bolig. It has an order value of approximately Skr320m ($34m).

The refurbishment and remodelling of the residential units are part of a comprehensive upgrade plan for the Gr忙se Bakkeby area, a project that has been underway for roughly ten years.

The residential portfolio includes row houses and one- to three-storey apartment blocks, all constructed in the 1980s.
