‘s Building London and South East Commercial business has secured two contracts in London, UK, with a combined value of £86m ($90.33m).

The first is a £53m project for the redevelopment of 30-33 Sloane Street for Cadogan to create a six-storey building with luxury retail units, office space, and a rooftop restaurant providing views of the city.

The Sloane Street redevelopment aims to enhance the location’s status as a premier luxury destination while retaining the historic facade.

This project complements Cadogan’s £46m investment to transform the Sloane Street public realm.

The second contract, valued at £34m, is with Big Yellow Self Storage for a new facility in Wapping, East London.

The building, which consists of five and eight storeys with a lower ground floor facing The Highway, will house a 133,000ft² self-storage facility, as well as flexible office and workspace areas, all finished to Cat B standard.

This project features piled foundations, brickwork and glazed facades, a reinforced concrete and structural steel superstructure, and a composite deck roof.

The company is aiming for a Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method Excellent rating for the development.

This site also has historical significance, and archaeological mitigation efforts will be carried out during the construction process.
